We just found out we are going to WDW and have finalized our trip for Oct 27 - Nov 4 and everything I have called on seems booked!

Liberty Tree for MNSSHP
Mama Melrose Fantastmic Package
Grand Adventures of Cooking

Does anyone have any suggestions? I know about the ADR's and that you can book 180 out but we just found out we are going. What to do, WHat to do?!

I have been having trouble getting some of the ADR's that I wanted for our Nov 30-Dec 3 trip. One of the CM's at Dining told me to keep trying and call as early as possible or as late as possible (they are open until 10 pm) because most people cancel around that time. She also said that alot of people cancel a couple of days before, so you may have some luck if you keep trying last minute. HTH

You can look for wants and cancellation thread on these boards and you can even try when you are there. We found a very hard to get one for the princesses lunch or dinner when we were there. Good luck.

Definitely keep calling. We are going Dec 1-9th and my MIL decided just 2 weeks ago that she wanted to do the Fantasmic pkg. I had to call 5 mornings in a row till something finally opened up. I was flexible with the dates, which did make it easier.

I also recommend checking the cancellation threads as many people try to post there before cancelling.

Good luck and have a fantasmic trip!

For MNSSHP, you could try Tony's Town Square or any of the restaurants at the monorail resorts. We're eating at Narcoosee's the night of our MNSSHP, as we're not crazy about the food at LLT (although the characters dressed for Halloween is fun -- sort of a costume on costume effect).

If you have your heart set on LTT, I agree with others that you can just keep trying. But, I wouldn't hold out much hope for a cancellation as most people don't bother to cancel when their plans change, unless they risk a charge to their credit card, which they don't for LTT. Thus, I would book something as a back-up.

As for Fantasmic package, I think there is a penalty for cancelling that, so you may be able to nab something if you keep trying.

I too just had trouble getting what I wanted for 12/5-11! I have never, ever made ADRs in my life for WDW - I guess waiting this long to call for a Dec. trip taught me! I have always just called the night before or that morning from the resort & I guess I was lucky, I got what I wanted. Or I walked in while in the park & never had a long wait. Oh well, live & learn! I couldn't get Le Cellier before 9:30pm at all the week of 12/4 - so I booked lunch there -any opinions on their lunch? The menu looks fabulous, I'm just worried that we will still have 8 hours of park time left & we'll be stuffed swines needing a nap!

Suggestion for your MNSSHP night, why not go to a MK resort for dinner? Ohana, Kona, 1900 Park Faire, Chef Mickeys? Or try to get the last seating at CP?

Thanks for your response. I think that is what I will end up doing. Booking at CP or Ohana.

Gosh, you are going to be there during the Food and Wine Festival so you sure won't be lacking food options if you are spending any time at EPCOT (which hopefully you will!). Granted some of the table service places may be booked, especially package type deals, but there is so much nibbling and noshing to do at EPCOT (and all the parks, really) that I'd gladly trade a table service meal or two for just eating my way around the world! The kiosks at EPCOT during Food and Wine offer wonderful samples of a variety of foods...and you don't have to worry about scheduling anything. But, as others have said, if you have your heart set on some special meals, just keep calling and go for off-hours, if possible. (Forgot to suggest that you would always look into the Food and Wine special meals and events...many still have openings during your dates. I know because I am going Nov. 1-4! Call 1-407-WDW-FEST for ressies or check website for details)

Call every day.....that's what i did trying to make an ADR on Thanksgiving day at LeCellier and yesterday I got a 1p.m. Good luck! :wizard:
