Help and advice needed

Hi all

I posted this in another thread and got told this would be a better one to post in. I am looking to book a private villa to florida in june 2006 and have seen the one i wanted on last minute villa holiday a uk site I found on yahoo and was wondering if anyone had ever used them before? I had a bad experience with one villa website a couple of years back and thought I better check out who I am booking with first.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know anything about private villas, but the Marriott Vacation Club villas are very nice and you can get a great deal if you join their frequent guest program (free) and use code M11. For us, this code yields a nice two-bedroom at the Marriott Cypress Harbour for about $159US per night.

Thanks for the info. The one is seen on this website however was £350 per week which i believe is about $700 per week i just needed to know if anyone has used this company or not to see how reliable they are.

Is the web site
lastminutevillas by any chance?
If so it is a rent by owner site with a very good reputation so you wouldn't have any worries .
If it isn't I can't be of help as I haven't heard of lastminute villas holidays-sorry.

Its not last minute villas I have seen them as well but didn't have the villa I wanted. This is lastminutevillaholiday a uk site with co uk suffix.

Just want to make sure before I confirm. If anyone has had business with this site please let me know asap
