Hi all,

My British brother-in-law will be joining us for our January 2013 trip, and I'm wondering if there's any reason to have him purchase his park ticket in the UK. Looking at the Disney sites, I'm thinking it will be cheaper to purchase it here, particularly if he gets a marathon weekend runner's discount.

But I've been told a WDW trip is cheaper when bought in England, so I may be missing something. Although that may not be the case when just buying a ticket...?

Any help appreciated!

Buying in the UK sometimes gets cheaper than MYW tickets.

we have 14 days ultimate (hopper and WP) for the price of a 7 days ticket

some sellers also have bargains.

It depends how long your BIL intends to stay, and how often he intends to go to the parks.
If it's a 2 or 3 days length and he's got marathon runner's discount, then it probably will come even price.

tell us how many days he needs, and we might find a deal
He can also go for MYW with no expiration if he intends to come back. Our tickets are only valid for 14 days from activation

Thanks for the info! I'm thinking he'll get a 4 day ticket with a Park Hopping option...
