Help!!! Added on and Disney will not honor there deal

Ok so I added on at teh BWV through Disney. The DVC website says:

Add on 50 Vacation Points and Plan a Day of Theme Park Thrills.
For a limited time, when you purchase an additional Ownership Interest equal to 50 Vacation Points, you'll receive two Adult 1-Day/1-Park Disney Theme Park Tickets. For every additional Add-on of 25 Vacation Points, you'll receive another Adult 1-Day/1-Park Ticket.

Note it does not say SSR it says "50 vacation points"

Disney will not give the me the passes because they say that I needed to buy SSR.

What should I do Help!!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is a disclaimer directly below the promo information on the site.....

Again, I'm so sorry, but I specifically remember that disclaimer being there from the first time I saw it.......

I would call your guide and ask for an explanation.

I have one piece of advertising for this offer and the fine print at the end, which I rarely read, indicates the points needed to be purchased at SSR. But you may have found something different.

If so, offer to fax them the ad and have them point out where it says anything about SSR. Also, ask them how come they did not mention this offer did not apply when you purchased at BWV. Good luck!

The next section of the offer explains the two offers- one for 50 points and the other for 130 points - but either must be at SSR to apply.

You may be able to cancel your purchase and get your money back, or apply it to SSR to get the benefit of the offer, but it's pretty clear that the offer is only available for SSR purchases.

I got the postcard too and saw it said SSR also, so passed. This was for all of the promotions. My daugther said, mom why don't you add on at WLV and get the free APs. I told her it had to be SSR.

Disney doesn't make enough money on resales to give incentives like free APs.
