We are eating at Coral Reef, Ohana, HDDR, Mama Melrose, Sci-Fi, Tusker House and LTT. We need one last dinner reservation. Its our "relax" day (if you can have one of those at Disney), so it needs to be at a resort or DTD. Thanks for you help!
Boma or Sanaa. Boma is buffet-style and busier. Sanaa I find to be a calmer atmosphere for whatever reason but when you go you definately have to get your tastebuds ready to test some new flavors! If you're a picky eater, probably best to go with Boma.
Boma or Tusker House (never been to Sanaa, but it's on my list!)
At both Boma and Tusker House, they sent out the chef and he walked me around showing me everything that was vegan and telling me what the ingredients were in everything. At Boma, they made me my own special salad with no cheese and brought it out and at Tusker House they made me some vegetable samosa's that had not been cooked in the same fryer that corn dogs, etc. had been made in! Both places were AMAZING and on my list for our November trip!
Boma, hands down. The buffet had a ton of yummy things that are vegan friendly. The chef will come out and walk you through the buffet to let you know which things have ingredients you want to avoid (they did this for a family in our group who has a peanut allergy).
On another note, please tell me you're not going to 'Ohana for dinner - that place is nothing but meat! Now that I'm thinking about it, breakfast is not really vegan friendly, either. Of the things that they bring you, I'm pretty sure all you could eat would be the pastries (although some of those have cream cheese in them!). Unless of course the chef has something up his sleeve for you; Disney is pretty good about accommodating a wide variety of diets.

I'm guessing she's hoping that Chef TJ will be there, since he's pretty famous for his vegan selections. It would be a bit iffy for me since I don't eat soy, but I'm considering trying it for our next trip!
I think we are pretty much sold on Boma. Thanks for all the advice. Yes we are going to dinner at Ohana and hoping for Chef TJ. Our reservation is for a Tuesday night, which I believe is a night he works. Hopefully that won't change before our trip in September.
