Help- 1st time concierge..

We are staying GF- concierge in a honeymoon suite. I usually make my own meal reservations. Should I still do that or will it be ok to wait until we get there? How does the concierge thing work?? We are going at a less crowded time- end of Sept/ beginning of Oct. Any help will be appreciated!!

They should contact you about 100 days out. If not, you can contact them. Make a list of all the PSs that you want and they will take care of it. They will keep you posted as they make the PSs. I wouldn't wait until you get there. I am a bit of a control freak myself, but let conceirge do all of my PSs for my upcoming trip and they got every one I asked for, even an Illuminations Cruise. I would let them make all the PSs, you have enough going on with planning a wedding.

Let them make your plans! I usually make my own PS but I have found the concierges get you must better times. And I have seen people post that the concierges get them better tables too.

Just today-I received my pre-arrival planning package with all the PS and ressies I had requested (apparently the last PS's for some venues-and a few that were sold out too!) They work a special kind of magic in concierge, staff is totally awesome. I initiated the contact with an email and not 1/2 hour later they called-set up my PS's and I received my concierge package 24 hours later, at my front door, with confirmation #'s, via courier.
