okay, i'm new and i have no idea how to make a cool blog with pictures and stuff, can someone help me?

Whoa... slow down. The dis doesn't support blogs/userpages... etc. I believe you're referring to the signature (text and pics always under a person's post). To edit yours, click on the User CP right above your name on the first post and click "Edit Signature". To insert images, save the image to your computer, upload it on imageshack.us or photobucket.com (photobucket makes you sign up), and copy the code they give you and paste it into your sig. To get an idea of what your sig looks like without actually saving it, click on the preview signature button.

Let me clarify, click on "User CP" which is right along the dark blue bar you see. After you open it up, click on "Edit Signature" on the left bar. Next, find a picture you like, and save it to your desktop. Next, upload it onto a website like [url]www.imageshack.us[/url] and click "Browse" and find your picture on your computer. Open it, and then click on the "Host It" button. When it uploads, they'll give you alot of different links/tags/etc. Look for the one that says "Hotlink for Forums 1" and copy it. Paste it into your signature and voila! You now have a picture in your siggy...

By blogging, I think you mean your signiture, as in, the thing under your posts.

I have no idea how to explain how to put pictures in, but I bet a lot of people here can help you.

As to creating a signiture, at the top of the page, there is what you'd call a task bar. All the way at the left, there is User CP. Click it. On that page, there should be a Control Panel. Under Settings & Options, click Edit Signiture.
Then edit your signiture.
