Fun weekend! Such a shame that Rachel was feeling icky though . I am sitting here and shivering just looking at the frozen fountain pictures!!! I am so ready for spring.

You may recall that my daughter, Lacey, is a missionary college student. If not, I just reminded you. Anyway, she attends these kinds of conferences/rallies all year long. She said the same thing as you....if you think that all youth, now-a-days, are just into drugs and sex and lies, come to one of the conferences and your faith will be restored!

Now, on to the pictures. Wait.....I wanted to ask if Rachel is feeling better. There's nothing worse than being away from home and having an upset tummy/bug.

Okay, back to the pictures. Wow! I love the pictures of the fountains the best. So cool the way the water was frozen.

I do remember about your daughter Lacey being in missionary college. I'm sure she gets the opportunities to see a lot of positives in young people today. I believe that teenagers of today have a stronger faith than any past group of teens and I have a lot of confidence in their abilities to be great influences in the world in the future.

Thanks for asking about Rach---Yes, she took it easy the rest of that day, and didn't eat anything else. She felt fine by Saturday, and is be-bopping around school today!

Rachel got to feeling better as the weekend progressed. But I know she hated missing getting to eat at Pancake Pantry. She loves that place. She may be skinny, but that girl can eat!

I love pictures of Disney things too! I think that I was embarassing my DD while I was taking all those pics in the Disney store. Come to think of it, a lot of people were looking at me sort of strangely......... They must not be DISers!

Just wanted to update that I checked Disney's website today to see if the park hours had changed any for my March trip, and.....THEY HAD! They added a second showing of Fantasmic to each of the two nights it will be shown during that week. They also added a late showing of Spectro the four nights that originally had only one planned. One night that originally had no Spectro planned had one added.

Hope this doesn't mean it's going to be too super crowded!

"It's worth a trip you got to see it, the Incredible Christmas Place!" One of my favorite Pigeon Forge stores! And I am so jealous you went to the Pancake Pantry! So yummy! Once the weather warms up I'm going to have to make a trip there.

Your pictures turned out great Michelle! Sorry to hear that Rachel was under the weather the first day. We've tossed change into those fountains several times. We love the Smoky Mtn. Candy Shoppe next to the Pancake Pantry. We go there everytime we visit Gatlinburg. Love this update!

Hope it's not crowded during your March trip. You are so lucky to get to go so soon. I can't wait to live vicariously through you. It wil defintely help the month of April pass.

GREAT Gatlinburg photos!!! Pancake Pantry and The Village are two of my favorites everytime we go. And, of course, the outlet mall. Seeing those pictures is making me wonder if I can convince DH to go up there this weekend....

I know, Lisa...I really hate how they've cut back on F!s ----It really makes planning your DHS days a headache. It is still just being shown the two nights while we're there in March, but at least now there are two shows on each of those nights.

I really love that place too. I think it would be fun to stay at the Inn at Christmas Place across the street during the holidays----take a weekend trip, stay there, do a little Christmas shopping.....

Yes--Pancake Pantry is a major tradition for us! Love it! Have you ever noticed that big bowl of whipped butter at the back near the kitchen? The first time we ever saw it, we were like.... But, it sure does all taste good!
