HELLO ? MICKEY? ARE YOU THERE?It's me again, and again, and again.....TR STARTED 6/3

I hope the plans for the March trip will be ok. The band director told me that he wouldn't be told when/ or where they would be playing until about three weeks before we go!

It'll be fun to see where they end up! :)

I could be guilty of snapping pictures like it's my first ride in IASW, too. It's just that there is so much detail. PLus, I am always trying to get a non-blurry picture of something that I already have ten blurry ones of. :upsidedow

Your plans are looking very good.

When I work I get so far behind :surfweb:. I LOVE the milkshakes at SF. We had Dallas' birthday celebration there last May and he ordered one and YUM:thumbsup2. I had an adult beverage that was almost like a milkshake and it was good too. We don't have plans for SF on the upcoming trip though.

I don't blame you for wanting to know more about the band trip, gosh it isn't that far off. Your plans look great and I am so jealous ;).

All this talk of yummy chocolate shakes is making me consider an ADR at Sci-Fi....:rolleyes1

I know....I may just order milkshakes! :lmao:

Thanks, MeMom! That's a compliment coming from a DisneyPro, like yourself! :thumbsup2

You and Rachel would have a lot of fun riding IASW together! :rotfl:

Ok, it is DEFINITELY looking like I will order a chocolate milkshake while I'm at Sci-Fi!

Don't be too jealous ;) We'll all be there soon in May. BTW, we all need to have a DISmeet while there are so many of us there! :thumbsup2

Have a good weekend....Gotta go to Mississippi to visit the out-laws tonight!

Oh yes, by all means get that milkshake :thumbsup2.

We do need a Dis meet. My plans are changing just a tad bit, but nothing to effect the trip too much. I know May will be here before we know it, but this time of year I miss Disney soooooo much. We use to go to Disney around this time of year.

Trip #2---Family Vacation

Since I’ve kind-of got a handle on the March plans, I thought I’d share the ADRs I’ve made for my family’s May trip to Disney.

Saturday, May 22---This one is a surprise for my family. So, sorry...won't post and take the chance one of them finds out! I'll pm you if you just can't stand not knowing!

Let’s just say that it takes 2 TS credits and we’ve never done it in our eight trips! :yay:

Sunday, May 23---Crystal Palace @ 6:20 p.m. - We’ve eaten breakfast here several times, but never dinner. pooh:

Monday, May 24---Mama Melroses @ 5:35 p.m. - 1st time to eat here!

Tuesday, May 25---Chef Mickeys @ 10:05 a.m. - We ate dinner here several years ago, and weren’t too impressed with the food. However, Reid has never eaten here, so we thought we’d give the breakfast a try on this visit.

Wednesday, May 26---Akershus @ 8:05 a.m. - We’ve never eaten any meal in the Norway pavilion. We did eat in Cinderella’s castle a couple of years ago. I decided I had to eat here when I saw Courtney’s (SOUTHERNtinkerBELLE) post after she and her DFi ate here . (That shout-out was just for you Courtney!! :thumbsup2 )

Thursday, May 27---Sci-Fi @ 12:55 p.m. - This will be a new one for our family. I think the atmosphere looks like fun, but I’ve just never heard a lot of positives about the food. My sister and I will be checking it out during our March trip. If we hate it, I’ll cancel and do something else.

Friday, May 28---‘Ohana @ 5:15 p.m. - We’ve eaten dinner here before, as well as breakfast several times. I LOVE that bread pudding !

So….what do you think?

Your ADRs look good!!! :thumbsup2 Yay for Akershus and us being there the same time!!! And O'hana is my favorite!! The bread pudding is TDF!!! YUM! :lovestruc

Looks like you got some great ADRs! Some of my favorites too. :thumbsup2

Michelle, those ADRs look AMAZING!!! Wow, you've got some great meals planned. And thanks for the shout out! I feel so honored :goodvibes

I'm interested to hear what you think about Mama Melrose. We've never eaten at any of the table service at DHS and I'm thinking for a future trip we might need to do the Fantasmic package so I can finally see that show!

And I can't wait to find out what the surprise is! Based off of your other ADRs I'm guessing its amazing! :yay:

Saturday, May 22---This one is a surprise for my family.....so, sorry, but I won’t take the chance. :sad2: Last time I posted a surprise on this board ---my DD’s 16th birthday trip---her friend saw it and told her. So, I won’t provide that opportunity this time. I'll pm you if you just can't stand not knowing!

I think that it stinks that you leave the day before we get there. :sad1:

Seriously, though, your ADR's look great! You're going to have to fill me in on the surprise, though. I'm no good at waiting. :rotfl:

Great plans!! Yummy places, we have none on the same days though :sad2:

There was a thread on the DIs Meets board about another Mammouth May Meet-we did one last year but the guy's response to Leanne was kinda wierd and has yet to respond to me.

A bunch of people going in Dec started a group PTR where they planned meets etc. Maybe I will start one. Since you gave me the idea, please come to my PTR and answer a ?

Your ADRs look good!!! :thumbsup2 Yay for Akershus and us being there the same time!!! And O'hana is my favorite!! The bread pudding is TDF!!! YUM! :lovestruc

Thanks, Becky! Too exciting about being at Akershus practically at the same time! :cheer2:

Yes....I LOVE that bread pudding. Sometimes I just look at a picture I have of it, and....:cloud9:......................... I think I need to get a life!

Looks like you got some great ADRs! Some of my favorites too. :thumbsup2

Thanks! :thumbsup2 A lot of them are our favorites too. After eight trips, we've tried just about every resturant we've wanted to. But we actually have a few new ones on this trip, so that's pretty exciting!

Thanks, Courthey! :)

I've looked at the menu for Mama Melrose and I think I'll probably be sticking with the flatbreads. My sister and her family eat here nearly every time they're at Disney, and she swears by it!

You DEFINITELY need to see F! :goodvibes

Thanks, Julia! :) I'm not very good at keeping surprises either! I always get so exited, I want to go ahead and tell! Let's just say we'll have a foot-stomping time! ;) Sshhhhhhh!

Great plans!! Yummy places, we have none on the same days though :sad2:

Oh, too bad Mary....but maybe we'll get that DIS meet planned and we'll all get to visit anyway! :)

I posted an answer to your question on your PTR! :thumbsup2 Sounds like a plan to me!

ADRs look great :thumbsup2. I can't wait to try 'Ohana for dinner. We had a less than magical experience at the breakfast in September. We don't have any of the same ADRs :sad2:. I still have one left to make and I am leaving it open for suggestions. I have thought about doing something that takes 2 credits, but I don't know that there is anything Dale and Dallas would eat at any of the 2 credit restaurants.

So….what do you think?

Woohoo for MAY Adr's! Choosing is the worse part! I am still in the process of changing mine around which I thought I had set in stone!

My mom and my son just ate at Sci Fi the other night and absolutely hated it! Sorry and no dis-respect to die hard Sci-Fi lovers. They wanted to try it out ( actually it was my suggestion and it was OOP since they were only on the QS plan) My mom had the Reuben and said it was yuck, DS had the kids pizza and said it was really bad. He eats pizza in practically every place that serves it in Disney and said this was by far the worse.

Mama melrose was also not up to par- but we lived in Ny for 30+ years with some of the best italian restaurants so maybe we are being too critical. I did like the atmosphere though.

How about 50's prime time? have you ever been there? They have some good dishes, and great desserts!

As for the rest, they look great! We love love love O'hanas and are going back on our next trip in May. The bread pudding is the best!

And I think I know where you are going for the surprise dinner...I may PM you just to see if I was right!

Hmmm! :scratchin

(Some friend!)

Sunday, May 23---Crystal Palace @ 6:20 p.m. - We’ve eaten breakfast here several times, but never dinner. pooh:

Us too!

Monday, May 24---Mama Melroses @ 5:35 p.m. - 1st time to eat here!

We have yet to try Mama's as well!

Tuesday, May 25---Chef Mickeys @ 10:05 a.m. - We ate dinner here several years ago, and weren’t too impressed with the food. However, Reid has never eaten here, so we thought we’d give the breakfast a try on this visit.

We've done both and I think breakfast is better! :thumbsup2

Wednesday, May 26---Akershus @ 8:05 a.m. - We’ve never eaten any meal in the Norway pavilion.

I liked this princess breakfast just as much as Cindy's Table at the Castle!

If you stick to the burgers and shakes, you'll be fine! (Although I liked the Reuben sandwich I had last time.) Perhaps it just depends on who's cooking that day.

Friday, May 28---‘Ohana @ 5:15 p.m. - We’ve eaten dinner here before, as well as breakfast several times. I LOVE that bread pudding !

mmmm! Me too! You simply can't go wrong with `Ohana!

Great mix of ADRs... congratulations!!
