Us, too, and it must be really bad, because the kids weren't even going today. We had a teacher work day planned. At first they called it as two hours late, but then they came back and cancelled. The roads are solid ice, and it's only supposed to get to 33 today, I think.

This is our 7th snow day, which is unheard of around here!

I wondered about you this morning. We had regular school scheduled, but they made the call about 6 a.m. this morning, so I could go back to sleep, and didn't have to wake the kids up.

It's not supposed to get over freezing here today, either. I guess that could mean no school tomorrow....just have to wait and see.

This is our 5th snow day this year, which is crazy for us. I grew up in Alabama, and went to school here and never remember having that many snow days in a school year. Kevin and I moved back here 10 years ago, and I know we've never missed that many since then. There have been years where we didn't even miss once for snow. Crazy, Crazy!

Yay for another snow day!! We got a lot, too. It's really rare for us to get this much snow in a year, too. Crazy!

It is soooo crazy, Julia. This makes 5 school days we've missed since January. Even though it's been fun and pretty to see, I am ready for some warmer weather. Everytime I go into my closet, my flip-flops call my name.

I know Jackie. One time last year, they cancelled school the night before based on those so-called "winter weather warnings" and we didn't get one drop of anything.

We only had about 1 inch of snow, but Rachel and Reid did go outside just to run around and play some this afternoon. I stayed in....TOO COLD for me, didn't get above freezing today.

The weather has definitely been crazy this year, all over the country, it seems.

We had a snow day today, again......This is the second Monday in a row that we've had enough snow to miss school. Today, we didn't get as much as last week. Today's snow was probably only about 1-1 1/2 inch. But the temperature didn't get above freezing today, and all the snow is still around.

We got a call during dinner that school would be on a 2 hour delay tomorrow morning. But the call also said that road conditions would be reevaluated in the morning and a decision to cancel entirely, or to stay with the 2 hr. delay would be made by 8 a.m.

I'll be surprised if we even go at 10. Either way, I'm sleeping in tomorrow morning !
