Hello from Washington State. I don't think I have ever spent any time specifically in Neah Bay - so not able to really offer any insights or help. I have spent alot of time on the Olympic peninsula in the various small and somewhat larger communities. If Neah Bay is anything like that... you will enjoy yourself. Washington State has some of the most beautiful forests and ocean shores that the United States has to offer a person.
