I am doing good. Been lazing around most of the day. That's what Dillon calls a day off, so that's what we are doing! Lol.

Here, here! I love lazy days. Until I get stir crazy. Work was interesting, I came so close to finishing today. Oh well. But my boss' last day is next Friday and then she'll be on maternity leave. Crazy, it seems like just yesterday we all found out she was preggers!

Hi to you too! I'm doing good! As far as weekend plans I will be working on that middle school play (how do I get myself into these things? My kid is in kindergarten!) Opening night is Monday so lots of last minute stuff on props & costumes & teaching them stage makeup. And hopefully welcoming a new foal that Colton has decided will be named Daisy if it is a filly (after that really cool CM in the Daisy costume at Christmas whom he calls his girlfriend)

Sherri, how do you get yourself involved in a middle school production when your child is in K? And I think that is so adorable about Colton and the possible filly. Does he have a name in mind if the foal is a colt?

Good morning! I am happy it is Friday as well.

Good morning! It's Friday, and it's Dillon's Birthday today! Not sure what we are doing today. I tried to get the place cleaned up so that no work would have to be done today, and for the most part, I think I pulled it off, lol. So it's up to Dillon what we do.

I am a huge Sony fan, I try to buy all my electronics in Sony. I have just never had a problem with them, and right from childhood I have had their stuff. So that is why the Sony reader was on the top of my list. I looked at others, but kept going back to the Sony one.

I am normally a Sony fan. I just decided I wanted a Nook. I checked them all out and decided that I wanted it.

And I just remembered that if everything had worked out a little better and I had been able to stay working or gotten paid on time from my benefits, we would be on our way to Disneyland right now! That explains the Disneyland dream I had last night. Sigh, oh well. Hopefully sometime soon.

In my exciting life, I am coloring my hair (root touch-up) I think date night with DH is go though

Whoo! Sounds exciting lol I am wanting to highlight my hair sometime soon, need somethign different.

I was so angry yesterday though because I got a haircut at a new salon and the lady messed my hair up and did way too many choppy layers in it, and made them too short. I know it sounds so silly but I was crying last night because I hate it...

Well at least it is only hair and it will grow out lol

Oh that sucks. I hate to get my haircut because I feel like that happens all the time.

He says "Thank you", lol. And hair colouring is exciting!



It sucks when they mess it up like that. Takes so much longer getting used to it. But you're right, it does grow back.

It never grows back fast enough for me.

Yep yep very true, I just had to think that there are a lot of people out there that don't have hair and would love to have a problem like a bad haircut....Trying to think more positively about things lol

My next door neighbor & friend is the librarian at the middle school and got roped into directing the play she had no idea what she was doing...and being my friend knew we had done a uncountable number of these when the 4 older kids were teenagers. So being a good friend I took over all the behind the scenes stuff and my hubby took over lighting & sound and she just concentrated on getting them to memorize their lines. What I will do for a friend LOL

He says if it is a boy Donald or Pluto but neither of them seem to fit as well as Daisy for a horse so I vetoed those. I had Rowan for 3 weeks before I named her so who knows! Guess we are kinda hoping for a girl! Plus I do not have the desire or the facilities to keep another stallion so if it is a boy I will probably sell him if it is a girl she will get to stay although we could get him gelded.... Anybody have any good ideas for a Disney name for a little boy horse? Maybe we will just name him DIS.
