Hi everyone! As the thread title suggests, I am very new to Disney theme park fun--WDW specifically--and am now officially "all ears" to learn what I can so that my first big BIG trip is as amazing as possible.
Up until last month, I had never been to any Disney theme park ever. (We used to have Opryland though, if anyone here has ever heard of it.) I came down to Orlando for Star Wars Celebration VI and well, you can't be THAT close to the Magic Kingdom and not pay a visit. A great friend of mine took me to Hollywood Studios and the Magic Kingdom for one day and I've been hooked since. It's like tasting chocolate for the first time--I absolutely adored it, I'm still buzzing and I can't wait to have more.
So now, I'm busy planning and budgeting for a big, week-long trip for my sister and me next year. Our intent is to bridge that last part of Value Season 2 into MNSSHP if the dates fall in about the same place. *fingers crossed*
Anyway, I've been reading around here a little while and thought it polite to finally say something.
