Hi ya'll!

I've been a member of mouseplanet for awhile but I just recently stumbled across DisBoards, and I have to say - how very cool!

I am a single gal who absolutely LOVES all things Disney and I with the big 3-0 coming up I have started to consider a solo trip to WDW. It's nice to see there are many other folks out there like me. :)

A big virtual hug to all of you - I look forward to reading everyone's posts and maybe even making some friends.

:welcome: to the DISboards, OregonGirl! This board is full of great resources.

I am going on my first solo trip next month, and I espcially enjoyed reading all of the trip reports from solo trippers.

Enjoy! :cheer2:

Hi and Welcome!!:wizard:

Hope you have a great time if you decide to solo it. I've been hanging on this thread because I'm considering soloing later this year, I've Disneyed my kid out!

I am a long time disney fan as well. and last year was my first non family supervised trip.. it was just me and my best friend.. i was 24 and she's 22... plus she has a 2year old boy whom she left with his father.. so when we got down there we let loose.. this year its me and my cousin who is 31(around there) and has 3 kids.. we are going without the kids so it will be a nice break for her to go...

I agree, that is a cool avatar!

Ebtb, how can a kid possibly get Disney'ed out? ;)

Jenn - that sounds like fun! I think Disney is just as much (if not more in many ways) for adults as it is for kids. Although I do have to admit I look forward to when I have a little one just for the parades, which I think will be much more enjoyable with a small child looking wide eyed at everything. hee hee

Welcome to the board. I am well into my 30s but I am making my first solo trip to WDW March 20th-23rd. I have learned and found out so much from disboards.
