Taking a moment to write while in Nassau before dinner. Everything on the ship is beautiful! I wish I could do this every Christmas. If anybody has any questions or requests, please ask, and I'll try to check the thread tomorrow.

We will be doing this cruise next year. What special holiday activities are they doing this year? I can't wait to see the decorations! A year seems SOOOOO far away!

Are the souvenir pop mugs back yet? Or they still putting stickers on the room keys.

The "pop" mugs are back, they cost $20, but seem to be a good deal. There are more beverage options on the "24 hour beverage island", than I remember from our last cruise. Iced tea, lemonaide, milk, etc.

The ship is decorated beautifuly! there haven't been alot of Christmas type activites yet, but then again, we've only been aboard for about 30 hours. The tree lighting ceremony was very nice. More on other Christmas activities when I get back...

Ohhh, you were heading to the ship as DH and I were leaving it We were on the Dec. 19 sailing in cabin 7128 and we LOVED it. I hope your weather is as WONDERful as ours was! Cruise director Rachel said during her debarkation talk that they hadn't had weather "like that" at Castaway Cay for a long time. The sun was shining all day!

What is the weather like? We will be sailing at this time next year and I wondered if we would need some warm clothes or is it hot enough for summer clothes?

Thank you to all for your holiday thoughts, and wishes. I will try to write a trip report upon returning home.

The weather has been VERY nice! 75 - 80 degress F in both Nassau, and Castaway Cay. It has been rather windy though. Capt. John managed to find us some sunny skies for our day at sea today, but it was raining this morning.

One bit of advice, if your taking your child to meet Santa, get there early! The line gets VERY long!

Are you saying that Santa was on the ship????? I thought 'Goofy' dressed up as Santa. Well, I will wait for your report. I am anxious to hear what 'holiday' things they had on the ship. I can't wait to take my girls on the cruise next December. What a special Christmas that will be!
