Helios Parking Tip

Found out the hard way that guest parking at Helios has to be "prepaid" prior to checkout day!

We visited for a family reunion, 6 rooms all together and when my SIL picked up a rental on the last day she was charged $125 to park because she was technically checked out. Apparently, she was supposed to tell them on check in that she would have a car on the last day and pay in advance.

Front desk or concierge was not able to waive this for her.

Just a heads up in case this can save someone else this additional charge.

I'd be filing a chargeback on that one claiming incorrect amount. They said parking was $XX/day but they charged you $XXX citing a secret policy they never disclosed. (First I would try to contact billing department via email if there is one on the folio and resolve it that way.)

It is not on the folio as she had to pay to leave the garage. Agree I hope she is going to dispute the charges.
