helios during hhn

for our next trip we really want to stay at helios our first night, and do epic one or both of the days around that stay

but it’s going to be in september and we’re also doing hhn so i’m wondering if we should just skip helios this stay, and stay hard rock (we would still go to epic just not stay at helios)

help me decide

If doing Epic two days, the convenience of staying at Helios outweighs having to bus to Studios for one event. If only doing one day at Epic and one event at Studios, it's a toss up. It will still be really hot in September and popping back to the room for a hour or so to cool off or wait out the rain is invaluable.
I will also add that the park view rooms are spectacular. The fountain show seems to be made for viewing from Helios. You can see ALL the lights, globes and chronos synchronized to the music. From the park, you only get a small version of that. The view from our room was SO much better than the view from Bar Helios as well. I was underwhelmed by that view. It is mostly obstructed by the structural details on the hotel and the high railings that require you to stand to get a good view. We were even seated outside once, and I preferred our table inside more.
