Height requirements?

I understand why the 3 water rides have a height requirement (big drops and fear of people coming out of seat. highly unlikely but I kinda get it) what I do not get is the one on MIB? At Disney they have 2 rides like this with no requirement. What makes MIB so different?

My guess would be the restraint due to the spinning

The spinning is much more intense. More like primeval whirl than buzz or tsmm.

Yep, kid comes flying out the bottom, not a good idea.
