Is there anywhere I can find a general list of height requirements for attractions, rather than having to go look at each individual ride page? I'd like to get an idea of how many parent swaps we are in for!

Our own Disboards has a calculator, simply plug in your child height and it will list what they cannot ride alone. Some of the rides listed they can do with an adult.

I don't believe that's quite right.
It lists the rides that have a height requirement that is higher than the height you put in.
Like if you put in 38 inches, all the attractions that say you must be more than 38 inches will be listed. The only exception I can think of is that for the Tomorrowland Speedway, which lists 52 inches. That requirement is to drive the car, but smaller kids can still ride. To ride anything alone, the child has to meet the height requirement and be at least 7 (the age that WDW lists to ride anything alone).
