I am a bigger guy and have some problems getting on some of the US coasters like Hulk, etc. However, for the most part, I have never had any problems on Disney rides, although Space Mountain was a little tight last time I rode it. And RnRC only clicks once or twice for me when I pull down the shoulder restraint.

How's the space on the new ride? Im hoping it has the same space as BTMR, which I have no trouble on, but from some of the video I have seen, it looks closer to EE, which is OK, but a tighter fit. Plus, since this is a kids ride, I am hoping they didn't scale it down size-wise.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure because I haven't ridden it (yet) but I have heard reports of *larger* and *taller* adults having difficulty on this ride, and some are reporting fitting but being very uncomfortable/in pain.

I haven't ridden it either, however I don't believe the issue is the seat...its the lap bar since its "U" shaped and comes down on either side of your legs.

I saw somebody measured the distance between the bars and it was 13" or something tiny like that, so if you put your knees together and its more than 13" then you might have a problem with a tight squeeze.

If somebody is tall and skinny they'll likely be OK, but if you're more "pooh-shaped" it could be an issue. (Or if you're a bodybuilding with huge thighs)

I haven't been on it yet but I have been reading up for DH. Apparently the key is to not pull the lap/knee bar all the way down even if you have the space to do so.

I've been on it a few times and it's definitely important to make sure you don't pull the bar down too far. There's no give so once it's down it is there for good.

I'm 5'3 125 lbs and the first time I rode I pulled it down too far and it was a little too tight for my claustrophobic self. DH fit fine at 6 foot.

Why why why why do they do this? Augh. And another ride DH won't fit yet or ever. Still waiting to see the reality of the gringotts ride at universal, to see if they did the same or stayed sane with ONE "leg" on the restraint, which allows someone with said bodybuilding thighs (and, still, a belly as well...dreadful combo for rides) to fit when the double-legged restraint won't.

When I rode last week I thought it was a very tight fit, and I would consider myself "in shape". I did notice a ride vehicle outside of the ride, which I assume was there for guests to test how they'll fit.

Someone posted that they were 6'2 and 350pds and rode it. TIGHT but rode it.

I don't think the poster would lie- so Im not worried at 5-9 and 220.
