... it's off to WDW we go!!

Well, it's finally arrived - we're off to WDW in the morning! The packing is just about finished and I've checked in online, so it's holiday here I come

I'll be taking my laptop, so i'll try to log on when I get the chance

Hi all

I've just arrived at the Styal Lounge at Manchester Airport. It's very quiet - almost eerie. Food/ drink ok - pretty much same as last time. Just munching my way through a danish.

The airport itself is undergoing a major refurb and there's boarding up and workmen everywhere!

Bag drop was a breeze - although just a note, if you check in online, but don't print your boarding pass, you will have to do that yourself at a self-service kiosk before you drop off your bags - bit different from last time where these were printed for you at the desk.

Security went ok - queues very short. Dad was frisked, but mum and myself managed to go through without that delightful experience.

Also, they are still giving free clear bags for liquids (although I think I heard Heathrow was now charging for these???)

Right, well only another 12 hours until we land
