My brother tried once and a CM said that their banned or something.

They are NOT allowed at Disney Parks. I saw several kids made to leave the park and take them off. They are banned.

Heelies seem weird to me. Wouldn't it be hard to walk normally with them on?

From this website http://www.wdwinfo.com/tips_for_touring/dress-code.htm

"Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed to be brought into the Disney Theme Parks:

Items with wheels, such as wagons, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, two-wheeled or three-wheeled conveyances, strollers larger than 36" x 52", suitcases, coolers, or backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (coolers required for medication may be stored in a locker or at Guest Relations), and any trailer-like object that is pushed or towed by an ECV wheelchair or stroller.
Alcoholic beverages
Weapons of any kind
Folding chairs
Glass containers (excluding baby food jars and perfume bottles)
Pets (unless they are service animals)
In Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park (for the safety of the wildlife), balloons, straws and drink lids are not permitted. Note: they now have biodegradable paper straws."

So, no.

They are not allowed.

UGH. I used to work in a shoe store and we sold tons of those things. They're awful and dangerous. I cannot tell you how many times kids would try them on & try to skate around, and then fall on their butt and get a bruise. Plus, they're just annoying.

I have to say, I've tripped kids wearing them. I know it seems mean, but a)they're banned b)they're annoying. And even if I don't trip them, most of them end up falling within ten feet anyway. There's too many people to be zooming around like that. It's just plain dumb. I saw a kid fall of the stairs at Mexico because he wasn't paying attention to where he was going, just skating along, then WHAM! down the stairs, head first into the concrete.

And really, all I think of when I see heelies is "wow...that kid's too lazy to PICK UP THEIR FEET AND WALK!". Yes, it's mean, but it's also kinda true.

with heelies i tink you can take off the wheels.. or flip them so that they turn normal again.

or something.

I don't know that any theme park would allow those to be used. You could easily knock over people.

Even if they were allowed, it would be extremely rude to use them. I see kids using them at the grocery store and I seriously feel like tripping them (I'm evil).

omgosh i usta looove those things
haha until my best friend broke her leg...

yeah, pretty sure they are banned though.

Like everyone else said, they're banned.

I think some kid here cracked his head open after falling down while wearing those.
And they're annoying.

I hate them. They're dangerous. They're banned. Don't wear them at WDW.

I hate the kids who wear them and ride them around public places like they're awesome and look at you like "HEY I'M WEARING HEELIES, LOOK!!!!" so I just don't look at them.

I've never seen anyone wear them at Disney. And I'm sure they're pretty dangerous to use around all the rides and stuff. So no, I'd think you should not use them.

Im glad they are banned... sorry but they're annoying, dangerous, and they hurt if you wear them with the wheel in them. My brother has them and he doesn't even wear them because they messed up his heels. I saw a kid in the mall once wearing them and playing his gameboy. He almost ran into a bunch of people! It was really busy there too... im not a heelies fan.
