Heat Delay

Its so hot here in NJ, that they put a heat delay on our Powder Puff game. There is also talk of the admins. calling it off! The turf field is 109 right now...they hope to have it in the 90s by 7:00. I really hope they don't call it off I was really looking forward to my time on the field, beating the seniors (being the undefeated class) and the boys. I have to say, this has been pretty fun and everybody is looking forward to playing....even if it is obnoxiously hot.

We were let out of school today at 1:00 because of the heat. Somebody from our Board Office came to check the temperatures in each of the classrooms and mine was 94 degrees at 10 o'clock this morning. They're giving us a half day tomorrow too.
