Hearing VGF2 not finished

Not surprised they opted to park people at Riv since DVC still has a lot of undeclared inventory there - but I’d be very disappointed to be moved to the Riviera since I dislike the resort. Imagine planning an MK/monorail based trip and being stuck at the CBR tower annex.

Hey, wait a minute-I see REAL coffee cups! Give me one good reason why they can have real coffee cups, but every other DVC gets styrofoam and plastic ware instead of glass glasses.
I still prefer having a refrigerator and microwave, but I want it all-a refrigerator. a microwave, real coffee cups, and real glasses.

Just watched a video - not only real coffee cups & glasses, but real individual little bottles of H20 toiletries rather than those big things affixed to the walls. It’s the little things!
Although I still miss the former bergamot scented ones.

Now just replace the cooler with a mini fridge and they even left room for a microwave. Add some 1br's and larger Villas. I think it looks really nice, but I love the Original Villas. Looks like there is plenty of room for a table and a couple more chairs as well.

I have read elsewhere that CMs have told guests that if a lot people are requesting the missing amenities like microwave, they could end up adding them!

They are beautiful and I do like the location, but just can’t get by without my regular coffee pot.

The GF/VGF have had the H2O Sea Marine ones every time we've been at either since 2010.

WL had bergamot and something ones, I remember, which I disliked.

Love Earl Grey but hated those toiletries' scent.

They are beautiful and I do like the location, but just can’t get by without my regular coffee pot.

Forgot about the coffee pot and toaster. We use them more than a microwave. It does look very nice though. Hope they still have 24hr coffee pot at Gasparilla's! Not a bad walk from BPK. I think they took the lobby coffee away from the Villa building lobby. We'll be there in a 1br September, first time back to VGF since the pandemic.

I remember the grapefruit bergamot H20 ones from my pre DVC cash days - don’t remember how long ago that was & perhaps I’m confusing resorts, although I’ve never stayed at the WL. I really like non sweet citrus scents

Now that you mention, it was grapefruit-bergamot. And you may have double my lifetime's share of it. ICK!

I believe I saw mention that other Deluxes had that scent. ??

GF never did in our 4 stays there, unless maybe the outer lodges did. We stayed CL in the RPC, so my experience may be more limited than I think.

That's what they told us for sure. They said that that shelf was put there for a reason...to see if demand shows itself.

Well, I sent an email today about how excited I am as a new VGF owner to know I’ll be able to request these and hope they get a lot of requests so they decide to add them to all.

my wife and checked in yesterday for 2 nights. Our room was ready by 2pm. I have heard no construction in the day and a half that I am here and our room was complete and beautiful. Yes there are two coffee cups and 4 glasses the rest is paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils they will bring more if requested. There is a beverage cooler which is like a refrigerator but smaller and the Hotel manager stopped by our room yesterday to thank us for coming and we were told the microwaves are on back order but if we needed one they will bring one up. I have posted all this on this site with many pictures if you want to see them.
