Hearing back from Vacation Planning?

Hello! Thanks for the info about how to reach Vacation Planning. I did send off an email, but have not received a response. I'm not concerned if it takes a while to get the answers to my requests, but I'd like to know my message was received and is in the queue to be dealt with.

Can anyone give me an idea of what a realistc response time is? We stayedd at the Grand Floridian at WDW and sometimes it took multiple emails to get a reply. I don't want to a pest, but I do need my info reasonably soon.

A couple of recent posts indicated they'd heard back from VP within an hour or two, so I think they're pretty quick.

I haven't worked with them since last year. Most people were quick in getting back to me, but I did have one bad experience with someone who I suspect was let go afterward.

I received a reply within the hour! I was shocked. It was on Saturday and I thought w/ the holiday weekend it would be awhile before I heard anything. As Alex2kMommy said, I've read that several other people have also heard back that quickly.

I've emailed them lots lately, most responses were in 1-3 hours...

My experience has been like yours. I often hear back a day or 2 later.
