Just started trying to live healthier. We are going to the World in September, we have already made our ressies, and it's too late to chnage them.
Here is where we are eating, can you suggest healthier things to eat. Please keep in mind I don't eat red meat or fish. (I know, I'm a picky eater)

O'hana's
Chef Mickey's
Ragland Road
Boma
Rose & Crown
Wolf Gang Pucks

Help!

Most places will have salad options and chicken options. Just watch your portion sizes as that is a big factor when eating out. You can always ask for items on the side as well (dressings etc.)

'Ohana - ask for the salad with the dressing on the side. For everything else, you're going to have to use portion control.

Chef Mickey's - Veggies (not the mashed potatoes!) and portion control. They have a small salad bar in addition to the hot vegetables.

Raglan Road - The mussels, maybe, or the salads with the dressing on the side.

Boma - Watch out for the cream-based soups.

Rose & Crown - Pork loin with the mustard butter on the side.

Wolfgang Puck - Mahi mahi with the buerre blanc on the side
