Depends on your definition of healthy, I guess. It's a buffet so there's always the chance of over-eating, but the food there is good and fresh. Should be at least one fish option, plus chicken and prime rib. I really like the flatbread and selection of hummus dips. Lots of fresh salads.
I prefer lighter food and I love the options at Boma. The soups and salads are wonderful and they always seem to have a great variety of fresh fruit available. Everytime we've been some sort of salmon has been on the buffet as well. It's not the best salmon I've ever had but is definately edible. My favorites, though, are all of the different types of hummus and breads.
The best part is that they also offer a lot of things for my meat/potatoes/dessert eating hubby. We love Boma.
... if you DO feel like treating yourself to dessert, the pastries are quite small, but really good, so you get a lot of bang for your calories. My parents always eat there, and they're very careful about their calorie/fat intake.
I've lost another 10 pounds last week and I know I don't want to stop the momentum now. If I told you how I was doing I think you'd all think I was nuts!
