Health questionnaire

We cruise this Friday and I received an email that I have to fill out a health questionnaire before we board but I couldn’t find it. Does anyone know where I can find it so I can get this done?

You'll get an email early Friday requesting that you fill out the health questionaire. It can be done through the app.

I think they want it done as close to sailing as possible. You could come down with a flu between now and Friday.

Yeah sometimes the email comes early but you can't fill it out until the morning of. I've woken up in the wee hours before and tried to get it out of the way but it won't work until a few hours before.

The health questionnaire takes just a few minutes, possibly longer to load than to complete. You can even do it in the car or bus on the way to the port (unless you’re driving, of course).

Hello..we cruise Friday as well ! As others have said, the questionnaire shows up on embarkation day on the app. Very quick to complete!

Does this questionnaire get done “per person” in the room? And, assuming it is “per person”, can the parents fill it out for their children?

As I recall, the questionnaire asks whether any person in the room is or has recently been experiencing various symptoms, and can be completed by 1 traveler for the entire stateroom.

Thank you! This was really helpful info. Somewhere along our pre-cruise journey…I never picked up on the fact we needed to do this.

I just checked my email. It is time stamped on embarkation day Friday 22 August 5:10am local time. which would be 12.10am Orlando time.

We've done that questionnaire in the cruise terminal - non-issue.

It comes in the email or is available in the app after midnight. So technically available at 12AM on the day you sail. It is only 2-3 questions for the entire stateroom

Here is the real question - how honest are people on those health questionnaires? I always see sick people on embarkation day. I imagine many are just allergies, but I would venture people are not the most honest as they can be. They are afraid of being denied boarding. I wish people were completely truthful. But I think the questionnaire is mostly CYA from the cruise lines.

The health questionnaire will be available in the app the morning of your cruise. You can't fill it out before then, and if you try to (via link) you might get an error message. Only one person has to fill it out, on behalf of the entire stateroom.

Unfortunately, I'm sure people aren't honest. The second question does ask about fever and another symptom (cough, sore throat, etc.), so just having a cough wouldn't disqualify anyone. But I have no doubt that lots of people do lie because they're concerned about being denied boarding.
