Americans don't care if other Americans suffer; they have been brainwashed by institutions since infancy that if someone is poor then they deserve to suffer, because they are lazy/bad/don't try hard enough (bootstraps!). Because after all, if they were good people they wouldn't suffer, right?

I'd love to know where all of you in the US live that don't have wait times to see doctors, especially specialists.
My cardiologist is booked at least 3 months in advance, my daughters eye doctor (specialist medical doctor, not just glasses) is booked 2 - 3 months in advance. Even my regular ob/gyn checkups are booked several months in advance, and when they "squeezed me in" for an urgent issue the best they could do was three weeks away.

So really - where are you all getting this same day/next day service for medical specialists?
