I've been meaning to post this since we've been back for 3 weeks now ... just an FYI for anyone interested.
I thought fridges were permanently installed at WL, so we picked up a bag of perishables with our limo grocery stop. Our room did not have a fridge and there were none available. I was told that Bell Services "might" store our things in a refrigerator if I asked; they were extremely reluctant for some reason - I did notice that the receipt said "medicine" on it so maybe they have a policy of only storing meds - but after I pleaded, they relented. Of course, everytime I wanted something I had to call Bell Services (and tip them accordingly!) but that was better than having the milk, etc. go bad, I guess.
We were only there for 3 nights and a fridge appeared after our 2nd night.
I was told during that fridges are not guaranteed at WL so, not sure - someone else probably has better info - if you should put a fridge on your room request if you plan to make a grocery stop before arriving and absolutely require it.
Other than that and the middle of the night noise from the service area that carried clearly to our woods view room, we loved WL. It was beautiful and relaxing. Despite the noise, I would choose our room again in a heartbeat for it's beautiful view of the lake, the castle and Wishes - we were not expecting it and spent much time sitting on the balcony soaking up the peacefulness.

) though WL is certainly less expensive than the Poly. I think it's all based on availability, so at the Poly they had a fridge available to give to you while there wasn't one available for us.
