Heads Up Mattel Classaction

I am not sure if anyone here was affected by this Class Action lawsuit but if you were and filed your claim the vouchers are being sent out. I received mine today.

I received a check today from this but do not remember opting in to class action lawsuit. It is a $100 check and I am worried it is not legit. I did send back a bunch of Polly Pocket toys with the little magnets well over 2 years ago but but they sent me vouchers for replacement toys and this was not part of the lead paint thing. Think I will call tomorrow.

Usually you have to opt out - not in - you would be in if you sent things back and they have your contact info.

According to news articles people are receiving up to 100.00 each.

I received a check for $17 today but yesterday's was a voucher. Both for the same claim.

You would have filled out a claim in reference to different Mattel brand toys to include Dora the Explorer, Diego, Fisher Price and I forget what else was involved.
