Heads up - Don't reallocate or modify right now if you dont absolutely have to!

What’s going on with the site? I went to choose one of my memberships and it’s populating an AK-Jambo contract which I don’t own!

Separately, what happens when a booking crosses over 2 UYs? Do I need to book 2 reservations? This is why I don’t like my April UY. Causes issues for spring break/Easter bookings depending on when Easter falls.
The reservation I reallocated and that got all messed up was across 2 UY’s.

You have to call ms to book across UY or book separately and merge
 
If they are sitting in your account, yes, they will! As long as it’s 7 months or less

If you want to be sure they know what to do, chat with MS and ask them to note you want OTU points to be used!

If you get to reallocate and free up your own, chat with MS to remove the note…assuming you added it!
It’s less than 7 months, the booking is for Wine & Dine race weekend…I’ll call and have them put a note on file, that’s a great idea!! I actually have a note on my other wait list to use a particular contract, not sure why I didn’t think of that to begin with…

I’d ordinarily just modify the reservation (without changing anything) to reallocate the points but given the issues going on I just don’t trust it.

My issue wasn’t an issue this morning. Previously, any points in a current reservation were not available when modifying that reservation. This morning, all points were available including the ones tied up in the reservation. Who knows. We’ll see what happens on my next modify.
 

It's still not fixed. I went through line by line my transaction history last night. (once again this is WAY more confusing than it needs to be) I am missing 2 points and points were taken from the wrong UY on a reservation MS reallocated points to/from. Also my points available listed on my dashboard do not match the points on transaction history.

I’m so sorry, what a pain!! I hope it gets sorted for you.

I took a risk and re-allocated my points by modifying my reservation online and it did exactly what I wanted it to…I did the math back in March for this reservation so I know my point balances across my contracts are correct.

I am absolutely baffled that it works as intended for some people but causes others nothing but problems…

I contacted dvc and they told me to use Firefox or chrome
It did work for me. So weird.
