Head on

Does it work? I have had this wicked headache all day and nothing is working. Should I send the DH out for it in the ice storm or does it not work?

Have you tried an ice pack? That will sometimes give you relief. Feel Better.

I have never tried Head On but I have tried Avons version and it did absolutely nothing for my headache. Never been willing to try Head On because of this.

I don't know...the commercial for that stuff gives me a headache! LOL

Question: did you stay home today because of the storm and not drink caffeine that you would have at work? I got the worst headache once when that happened to me.

For me, Advil, a heating pad and/or hot shower, and sleep are the best answers for a headache. Feel better!!

I'm in the same boat here!! DS didn't realize he's off on Friday and was soooo excited when I told him.

Well now that I realize what Head On is for, maybe I'll try it sometime. It's such a weird commercial. It tells me to apply it directly to the forehead but doesn't say why.

I read somewhere (maybe on here? I can't remember) that it's just menthol in it, so when you apply it, yeah, your forehead feels numb for a while but it doesn't make the headache go away. I've never tried it myself, but do you think their commercials *give* people headaches so they'll want to buy that product right away? Anyway, I'm not going to buy it.
