How long is HDDR? Do you think the following is possible.

We are eating at HDDR at 5:00 PM. This is probably our only chance to see the Osborne Lights. DHS closes at 8:00 that evening. Is there any possibility we can make it to DHS between 7:15-7:30? We will have our cars if necessary to use them.

I read someplace that the show lasts approximately 2 hours.....It doesnt look like you would have enough time to do the lights .....one night we went to the studios, the lines were out almost past the area to get security checked...we didnt make it in so we turned around and left.......that could possibly happen.

Two hours would be about right. My daughter and I went to Hoop Dee Doo Review in late October. I was very disappointed. The show had its moments and the food was good but overall for the two credits? Not worth it in my opinion. One interesting thing is that beer is listed as one of the "included" drinks so you can drink up while you are there. I don't drink and my daughter who is only six didn't look tall enough so we skipped on the beer.

The chicken and ribs are served in buckets, the drinks in mason jars... I liked that. *Note* My daughter (6) actually fell asleep during the show! One of the comedy actors really played a bit on that one... but she slept on. Talk about a tuckered out little one.

Also note transportation is horrible to/from HDDR. You have to take two buses to reach it. One to get you to the resort and another to the right area. The same on getting back to your resort.

Next time have daughter wear heels ;)

My dd was 7 at the time and it was a gift from my parents so I had to bribe her w/ shopping to make her stay awake and start laughing :lmao: I didn't want to hurt my parents feelings. Of course my Mom cracked up the whole show :confused3
