HDDR with Dining Plan

I am trying to make an ADR for HDDR online and it says you have to prepay. We are on the dining plan and I don't see anywhere to enter that info, only a place for credit card info. Do I have to call or what am I missing?

when you first log on to the reservations page, it should give you the option to link your resort reservation with your dining reservations. I did have to give my cc# for the gurantee, but they should not be charging me - at least I hope not!

Thanks. The website now says they are currently updating systems! Ugh, guess I will have to call in the morning anyway.

I did this successfully a few weeks ago, for HDDR. You have to enter the information, right at the first dining page.

I tried to do it for CRT, too, and it wouldn't take my reservation number. I'm not sure why--they already charged (and I paid) the cc bill. I'm not sure I'm keeping the reservation, though, but I'll just get the money back later if I cancel. So, it can be a little dicey. I'm wondering if I had too many TS meals listed? I plan to pay for a couple OOP. ALso, this is my first trip with the current version of the DDP, so there's the slightest possibility that I messed something up along the way.

I have made 2 weeks worth of DDP ADRs for next year, for about three of the 14 restaurants I had to provide CC details for the reservation, same as last year and the year before... it's just a guarantee thing.. I've never been charged.

The shows and CRT require payment in full at time of booking or DDP credits.
