We'll be at the HDDR show in Sept. I know there is an upstairs. My mom will be with us and has alot of trouble with stairs. She'll be in an ECV and can walk short distances, but doesn't try stairs, due to severe knee and hip pain and very poor balance, as well as endurance issues. If we happen to get upstairs seating, is there an elevator she can use to get up there?

Same thing with the spirit of Aloha show. Are there any stairs there?

Call Dining back and have them note that there is a disabled guest on your HDDR reservation and you need lower seating.

There are no major stairs (might be a step or two) for Spirit of Aloha. But the chairs in front sit very low to the ground, so again have it noted that you need the full sized chairs in the back. Those front seats are difficult to get in and out of IMHO.

Thanks, I just called and sure enough the CM said we were upstairs. She added the notation about the ECV.

If she already knew we were upstairs I bet it's going to be crowded. We booked both dinner shows back in early April for two people, but then my ex decided to come, so in mid June I had to cancel and rebook for three people. That CM told me though that she would put a notation in that we had booked it in April, but then had to change our ADR to three people. I guess it didn't help any.

They hold back a few tables on the floor at every show just in case. I'm sure you'll be fine :)
