HBD food to go

I am wondering if it is possible to get the cobb salad and grapefruit cake from HBD to go? What is the procedure...do you just go to the podium and order? We are not big eaters - but really enjoy this food. This is our third trip to WDW this year , and we are going to try to avoid TS restaurants if possible. Of course, I can't imagine us not getting the cobb salad and grapefruit cake!

We have definitely gotten the grapefruit cake from the Brown Derby "to go". You can also get the Cobb Salad and grapefruit cake at Starring Rolls which is next door to the Brown Derby. The grapefruit cake is not on their menu, but since they are connected to the Brown Derby, they just go inside and get you a piece.
