My flight is tomorrow to Hawaii and I’m filling out our mandatory Hawaii Safe Travels info.
Can someone tell me what
“Have you signed a 10-day quarantine order that is currently in effect?” means?

Do we click Yes?
(We all are Covid negative and uploaded our test results fine)

Thanks. I believe that if you click Yes, it means that you were exposed to Covid. It would have been nice to make it more clear.
Also I am assuming the first question about the flu vaccine is referring to the Influenza vaccine and not the Covid vaccine.
