Plus do non Aulani guests just use the facilities ?

I was there last year.

That one night won't be quiet. There will be about half the beach still available for guests to use and you can still walk around there.

They had fireworks though so that was cool.

Yes, the guests can come into the resort. Don't think they were using the pools though; they were too busy at the party. If they're staying there, they will be using the pools at some point probably.

It will also take them a day or two to take down the stage and party tents. So there is that. I'm not sure how early they put them up.

So I notice ticket prices are high

Not sure how it works please

Are there stalls for anyone to buy during the day

But ticket event only in evening

No, unless you have a ticket you won't be able to purchase any food. No stalls or events for the general public during the daytime.
