Hawaii Board of Conveyances- can't find my contract

I found the Hawaii Board of Conveyances search function, and I am able to look up the original owners of my Aulani account, the account of the new one I am buying, and the accounts of any direct owner friends. What I can't find is my own account, purchased resale, that closed in April or May of 2022. Am I doing it wrong? Is it in a different area when it is being purchased from another person instead of Disney? Or did it somehow not get filed? I have access to my account, so I had originally assumed everything went through okay, but now I am curious why I can't find it. I'm guessing it is user error, but I am not sure what I should do differently.

I tried those. I looked under my first name (not super common) and found nothing and looked under the names of the people we bought it from and it shows nothing. It should be there, right? Or is there somewhere else to look?

Okay, I got in contact with the Hawaii Board of Conveyances staff (amazingly quick response, btw... excellence customer service), and it has been recorded, but not yet indexed. My deed was recorded on 5/16/22, and they have only indexed up to 5/12/22. Crisis averted!

That's odd. My July 2022 Aulani purchase has been searchable since last year.

That is definitely odd. Did you buy direct, or resale? Maybe they back the direct purchases a priority, since they put in a big batch at once.
