Having trouble loggin on to new website

Anyone else???

It keeps saying to enter the correct Vacation Club ID and I keep entering exactly what I have on my postcard but it isn't working!! I understand it is case sensitive but it is still not working!!

Did they forget to tell me something?? LOL!!
