Having REAS probs and confusion

Hubby and I booked the REAS package just so we can avoid the ressie rush onboard. When we called Disney to try and change our dining time and see if we could book our REAS stuff, we were told that we would have to do that all on board?

What gives? Can we book all our Palos and Spa stuff on the phone?

you need to call Debbie directly (she's on vacation this week though) - if you ask a regular DCL CM they (for some reason) aren't clear about the REAS package.

Susan is right that you need to call Debbie directly for your Palo dinner ressies, couples massage, etc for the REAS. When I booked my cruise originally I was told a CM would call about 2 weeks prior to our cruise date to set up ressies but luckily found out from these wonderful posts that I could call ahead of time. I know some other posts have mentioned speaking to another person or two (maybe in Debbie's dept.) who have helped with the reservations so that couldn't hurt to try either. Good luck!

Can you still call Debbie directly if you went through a travel agent?

yes. you book the REAS thru the TA, but then call Debbie for the spa & Palo ressie times.
