Hubby and I booked the REAS package just so we can avoid the ressie rush onboard. When we called Disney to try and change our dining time and see if we could book our REAS stuff, we were told that we would have to do that all on board?
What gives? Can we book all our Palos and Spa stuff on the phone?

that I could call ahead of time. I know some other posts have mentioned speaking to another person or two (maybe in Debbie's dept.) who have helped with the reservations so that couldn't hurt to try either. Good luck!
