Having problems reaching MS this morning???

I am trying to call MS on the 1-800 number. On their end, it does not connect-sort of like dead air. Anyone else having this problem??

I just got off the phone with them. Got right in and then got the wait message. Said the wait would be up to 15 minutes but it was more like 8 or 9.

I don't think they've changed numbers. Maybe the lines are just busy, it is a Monday. Some last minute planners may be trying to make some Holiday plans.
