Having issues with MDE

I'm having issues trying to sing into MDE. I put in my password I get a message that says something went wrong and to try again later. I asked on here what I can do and was recommended to unstall it and re install it. I'm referring to the app it's for my iPhone But I can't figure out how to uninstall and reinstall it. I sure hope this is easy to do. Thanks all

Hold the icon until it jiggles and an x should appear to delete it.

Then go back into the App Store, search it out and redownload it.

The system is glitchy. Try again tomorrow or later tonight.

Try going through the website on your phone rather than the app. This worked for me earlier this evening when the app was acting glitchy.

Have you updated to the current iOS for your phone? If you haven’t, update your phone and then reinstall the app.

The app had updates within the last day or so.

So far I'm able to get MDE on my tablet but still not on my phone. I do have a general update on the settings on my phone. When I click on it all that happens is the little circle just keeps spinning like it's trying to load but nothing happens. Any other ideas.

iOS is the operating system for iPhones and iPads, etc.

Go to Settings on your iPhone. You need to at least have it updated to iOS 9. The most current iOS update is for iOS 11.1.1

If you don’t have iOS 9 installed, you won’t be able to access the MDE app... it was updated 3 days ago and your phone has to be running iOS 9 or the latest iOS would be best.

Thanks everyone for the help. I need to update my iPhone. I have an iOS version older than iOS 9.0. So that was my problem.
