having issues transfering balances on the disney card website

I havent done this in a while it seems like everytime I go back to it somethings changed

anyways I went to my cards--and the nickname--card # and security code
first card goes in great--no issues (this is the card I want to transfer other cards to)

so I go to add another card
I put in nickname when I put in the info I get a message that its already used and to put in another nickname

before I only to put in the nickname once and then I could put in all the cards I had

not sure what I need to do now

Are you giving card 2 the same nickname as card 1? If so, you will need to give card 2 a different nickname, perhaps just add a 2 after the nickname. That should fix it.

Each card needs its own unique nickname while it is housed on the site.

wow that really changed since last time--so now each card that I want to transfer the balance to I have to give it a new nickmane--I never had to do that before--I put in the nickname once and just transfered all my cards--

so like now I have 3 cards I want to transfer to my one main card
so for nickname I put in the nickname that I always used and then just add a 2 and then fill in card number and code

I never really understood the nickname part of this

but thanks for the tip I will do that from now on

It's always worked that way for me, long before they changed the site. The nickname is so you can keep your cards straight. I always just do 1, 2,3, 4, 5 since I don't keep anything on there, I just load transfer and delete.

That's what I do too. I just give the new card some random letter as it's "name" because I delete it as soon as I transfer the balance to one of my other cards.
