having crisis !

I bought our bonus passes weeks ago and I purchased the annual pass with the monthly payment option last week and yesterday I lost my debit card and had to report it lost. And they are issueing me a new card but its going to have a new number and pin and all that. I bought the bonus passes online for the will call advantage and I have no card to swipe :confused3
the help number doesn't answer til 9 am and I am going nuts waiting . Does anyone know what worse case senerio will be for this type of situation?? we aren't heading down til may, I could kill my husband because he is the actual one that lost my card. any advice would be wonderful.
 
Then you walk over to customer service and they'll help you out.
I'm sure others have had the same problem. Who knows, if you call them now, they may be able to enter your new credit card on your tickets now.
