We took our little guy for his first haircut this morning! I can't believe how big he's getting!

He does!! Sweet little guy looks absolutely fabulous! And he did really great. Never fussed or anything. I was so proud of him and a little sad.

He looks more grown up, huh? I know that's hard. Been cutting hair for (over) 29 years now and those first haircuts always give you a lump in your throat.

Thanks!! And he does look more grown up! I think that's what's getting me. He's had a mess of crazy hair since the day he was born and now it's mostly tamed. It's so awesome to see him growing up, there's just a tiny little pang mixed in. He'll be one next month, which is so not helping at all!

His stylist was fabulous and absolutely amazing with him. She did an awesome awesome job!

I don't know how you make it through those first haircuts! I'd be a mess! You must be really awesome, too!

Oh my, he is SO adorable!! Baby boys always change so much with their first haircuts. I can totally understand that "pang!"

I feel a little jealous of you, that you still have a little one to hold in your arms. My "babies" are 11 and 13 now and they are almost as tall as I am. It's tough seeing them grow so fast!
