Savannah asked me this morning... mom when do we go back to disney? hahahaha I told her i didnt want to think about it right now as we did 16 days in the past 4 months... i am a bit disney'ed out right now

Do you guys ever get that way??? Have the post trip letdown before the trip even starts?? Sometimes I ruin the first few days of our WDW vacation while I am there just worrying about it being OVER. That's pretty pathetic.

I always thought i was crazy when id feel that way on the plane and walking through the airport. I'd think 'in just a week we'll be walking the opposite way and going home' lol Glad to find out you and others feel that way too.

I haven't done anything on ADRs yet -- I've got to do something quick. I'm also not doing breakfast, but am booking almost every lunch and dinner. I'm still trying to decide what to do for NYE. Narcoossee's was great last year, but terribly pricey -- I think it was $100 per adult and $50 per child. Since my oldest DS ate practically nothing they only charged me for a child price for him, but it was still very pricey. If we were there with other adults I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

WOW $50 per child?!! I'll be eating there Christmas evening. My middle two eat like birds.

I still haven't had anything open up for RPC after the 1st, so I guess we might see you at Poly CL.

Lets keep hoping for RPC!!

The balloon drop was very cool, though my pictures weren't that great. The balloons were in the nets when we arrived on the 27th, and I was so afraid that my kids would go over to them (they would have been pretty easy to drop prematurely) and drop them.

Thanks for that tip! I know to keep mine away from them now!

I finally got all the dadgum laundry done this morning so I haven't been on here till tonight!

I forgot to tell you all - my Crocs Canvas Capris may be big and ugly but they are the most comfortable shoes ever!! I think I need to go down one more size and then they won't look so much like clown shoes!

Good morning partiers!!!

It's gonna be a gorgeous full sun day about 80 degrees here. I am going to work on my Florida tan all day!

Mr. Mike....ya...It seems we are not alone with that awful dreaded post vacation downers pre trip. I DO THAT SAME THING in MCO!!! When we get off the flight all happy and excited, I notice all the people walking the other way...all bummed and tired & think THAT WILL BE MEE SOOOOOOOOOON.....It is so hard not to think that way.

I went shopping yesterday for vacation stuff for Zack (he doesn't like shorts, haha...so he was thinking of wearing his cargo pants in FL....I DON"T THINK SO ) He knows how hot it is. He would not hear of me buying him swim trunks or board shorts. He won't go to the pool. He will only wear his Vans - no other shoes. BUT, it made me more excited to shop.

We are still taking our evening walks, trying to get Disney ready. Last night DH was so stiff and sore the dog had to pull him up the hills. I dno't think we are quite Disney ready yet.

Kel...I saw you sent me a couple emails...I need to deal with those. I was on/off yesterday and forgot to get back to them.

Wendy! I took a quick peek and read at your GF post late last night! Sounds great! I am glad it was same as ever good. I was thinking about you and hoping it was. How was SOG? Whew...you are good! Getting that laundry done fast...usually mine sits and sits and sits....I know I can't do that with the summer stuff though or it gets moldy. ick. If you think of more stuff you need to post. I am gettting the pretrip funk & need to see/read all the Disney fabulous stuff.

Mandy! Way to go...you even moved past the triple 6s! That post count is skyrocketing!!!!

SOG actually was very nice. But there is no theming. You had to take a bus to the T&TC to get to the MK which was not good. We ended up walkiing to the Poly and hopping on the monorail but by the end of the day it got a little tiring. They had a good restaurant, Manginos, that we loved! The kids liked the remote controlled boats and monster trucks and the koi (sp?) pond. The rooms were huge and everyone was very nice and the price was great. But we were all excited to arrive at the GF! I would stay at SOG again for 2 or 3 nights, especially since the first night we didn't get there til after 7pm!

I had a little pretrip funk but snapped out of it 3 or 4 days before when I really started packing,etc. I even watched the new planning DVD and that helped,too!

hey....so...I was talking to my CM friend last night and she had never had a Wicked Whoopie...so I just ordered a variety pack to be sent and arrive for her and the other concierge CMs (if she chooses to share! ) the day we arrive at WDW...Also, DH said get her a gift card since SHE is the one that does all our ADRs etc. The kids made her stuff, too. I think she will get a kick out of these whoopies...when my case arrived, they are packaged SO PRETTILY.

ANyway....I am off to get my swim suit on and sit outside and TAN!

yay!! It was a nice day....I am loving this weather we've had the past week. BEautiful.

I am bummed....I found out that starting June 30 the GF is celebrating it's 20th anniversary and will be having special things going on...especially for GUESTS!!! We don't check in until the next week!!!! We'll be at YC during all the special stuff at the GF. Bummer.

Is anybody going next week??
