So where do I begin?
When we arrived at Orlando Airport I saw the longest line to ME that I've ever seen in my life!! I usually just walk up and have one or two people in front of me, this time I was far back before the ropes even started! It was about a 15 minute wait. We checked in quick, had no questions - just point me to our bus.
The bus was strange. The driver annouced two stops, Poly and GF. The bus was full. One couple got off at Poly, we were the only family getting off at GF -
where was everyone else going?????
DH took the boys to the kiddie tv area while I checked in. Our room wasn't ready yet (11am). I was told we were to be in Boca Chica Lagoon View. Well, after waiting three hours for a room, we needed a room ASAP. DS4 ran threw the sprinkler and was soaked and now waiting in the a/c in lobby and wanted out of his wet clothes. The head guy at check in - I don't know exactly what he does, he walks around with a head set?? - well he got the staff to search for a room for us. He asked if I needed to be in the room assigned to me, I told him I have no idea what room that is, I just don't want a bad view. So they gave us 9525 in Big Pine Key.
Well at first we didn't like the room. I didn't really want to look at the Poly resort every day. I also thought the room was small for us, being a dormer room. DH wanted to change the room. I was about to pick up the phone when DS4 got naked and under the covers and layed down in bed and watched tv. Well, guess we're staying!

Later that night, when we realized we could see the fireworks and water show from the room - we liked it. I guess it grew on us.
My birthday cake arrived before our luggage. DH ordered me the cinderella castle on top of a mini cheese cake. It was delish! Our luggage, boxes and stroller from the swap all arrived moments after the cake.
The stroller - was in mint condition. You'd never know it was used. In the basket she had left glow sticks for the boys. We actually used the stroller much more than we expected. DS1 loved it. He would climb in it and point to the door! DS4 wanted to walk, so my double strolled stayed in the room. DS1 also napped better in the Disney stroller, he'd sleep a solid two hours in it.
That first night we had dinner at Crystal Palace, yuck! Nothing like I remember 4 years ago! DH did have another cake there for me, a chocolate one which was yummy!
We spent a few hours in MK before calling it an early night. It was drizzling out and the crowds were light. We were able to walk on alot of rides.
DS1 is up from his nap. Gotta go. Day 2 will have to wait
